You want me to prepare what?

"Begin a collection of short devotions, stories,

crafts, games, stunts, skits, and songs to use in

your ministry over the summer."

I'm not really sure how to do this..I mean, I guess I can prepare some songs or something. That'd be easy, because of praise band. But stories...games...crafts..? That'll be a little more difficult. I'll have to start doing my research. Any suggestions?

I'm beyond psyched!!!

As requested by Kevin Beck and for my own benefit, I'm starting this blog about my Sojourners mission experience. I decided to start today because I just found out that I'm going to Bakersfield in Kern County, California FOR SURE and I can start preparing myself for the journey ahead of me. I have about four months to prepare, and I guess I'll use this blog to keep my thoughts in order so I don't miss anything. My goal-starting today, is to leave my heart wide open so that God can do what he needs with me. I want to be mentally and spiritually prepared for my assignment this summer, but I have to start now.

We'll see how this whole blogging thing plays out, and hopefully you'll stay tuned and keep me in your prayers!!!
